02 Jul:  Clear skies at dawn but heavy levanter cloud developing over the Rock. town and harbour in a fresh easterly wind.

Seven Spotted Flycatchers were observed at the Alameda Botanic gardens.  Three Swallows, a White Wagtail and a Serin were seen at Europa Point.

A Common Sandpiper was present at Europa foreshore, and a Swallow was seen in the Arengo's area.

01 Jul:  Clear skies at dawn but some levanter developing mid morning that dissipated by midday.  Winds moderate easterly.

Just before dawn, the Eagle Owl was heard calling from the cliffs above the Talus slope.

A Robin was present at Commonwealth Park.  Five Ravens were seen flying north over the Apes den. A light morph Booted Eagle was seen over the Nature Reserve.
